- allow the list of valid user agents be specified through a ZConfig
  file (incl. wildcard support for version numbers)

  * Windows Web Folders

- when DAV on the trunk is de-hosed:

  * make a trunk version of the request factory

  * maybe use zope.app.locking for LOCK, UNLOCK

  (how to cope with configuration for different Zope releases?)
