1. Indico:

   - we can use indico.cern.ch
   - Bene has set up EP 2007 with last years accounts
     (http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=13919)
   - Bene and mwh are admin

2. Call for proposal

   - bea wrote a draft:
     http://wiki.python.org/moin/EuroPython/2007/CallForProposals
     people are free to hack away on this and add track descriptions below the
     call text for now. Aimed deadline for sending out cfp is still 16th of
     March.

3. Registration fees

   - the following fee structure was agreed on:

      - early bird students
      - students
      - early bird (also speaker rate)
      - normal
      - "at the door"

   - some kind of "fixed grant" for eastern europeans was discussed,
     trying to attract/make it easier to attend. lac and Aiste will
     check with their contacts in Russia to see whether there is an
     interest in this.

   - Since the costs for the facilities are known - but not the costs
     for lunch, coffe breaks and conference dinner no fee was set. As
     a reference point 100 euros for early bird was agreed on. Aiste
     will email tomorrow with suggested fees based on more data on the
     lunch/break costs

   - conference dinner was discussed, whether to include it in the
     price and have people announce their interest when registering,
     or not to include it.  There was also discussions on whether to
     have a "standing banquet" or seated dinner. Nothing was concluded
     on this issue - pending more information on the prices

4. Keynotes

   - Guido has agreed to keynote, David Axmark have expressed an interest.
   - discussions whether to have 2 or three keynotes. Bea will check
     whether we could have the 3rd keynote from the agile community
