A scrapbook for thoughts and ideas:

  * Should the generate_unique_id method be in the Service interface?
    Should we provide a uuid implementation?

  * The Railroad server might send events to a CMS for object changes in
    the repository.

  * Investigate the Python/Zope exception class hiearchy for better reuse.

  * When a copy of a proxy points to the same resource as the original, the
    Railroad server does not know of this copy.
