At first this didn't look like a good idea to me, since z3reload is a
small hack (the key word being "hack") which could break random
stuff, so I wanted it to have minimal effect on reliability.  I have
been considering what you suggest though. I guess I should find some
time to run the Zope 3 functional tests with z3reload fully enabled and
if that does not break (which is highly unlikely), such a default might
be quite a good idea.
