The whole project management, e.g. new projects (discussion and
approval), technical issues, general issues like the website, etc.

zope3-users at zope.org is the list for people developing with Zope 3. What
else did you think it was for?

Gmane's naming of many lists. Too bad it can't seem to change. The names
of the z3base lists are pretty ok, though. This list is z3base.general
which is pretty clear, I think (as opposed to z3base.sqlos, z3base.five,
z3base.zemantic, etc.).
