[z3] Blog software for Z3

Hello.

My name is Ruslan Spivak, i'm software developer from Ukraine.

I would like to start writing Blog software for Z3.
Maybe my goals are usual, but what i try to achieve:
- become knowledgeable in Z3 development
- provide something usable back to Z3 community in form of this product
- collaborate in Z3 related stuff

So i would like you to consider my ask about allowing me to host this
future product on your server and consider giving me write svn access.

Currently i work on CPSBlog software for CPS

on behalf of my employer Nuxeo, but this project for Z3 is my personal
willing motivated by above mentioned.
