[Z3-zemantic] FYI: Errors installing on trunk

Hi all (Michel).  Here are some errors on the trunk.  On the simple  
things, I can fix them if you'd like.

1) The README.txt talks about installation of the core but doesn't  
mention the sample application, which doesn't get copied over w/ the  
distutils installer.

2) doc/INSTALL.txt seems to be superseded by README.txt

3) examples/library/etc/library/etc/library-configure.zcml should  
reference zemantic.examples.library not zemanticlibrary. :^)

4) doc/INSTALL.txt says you should install a Catalog as a local  
utility.  However, only TripleStore and InformationStore are addable  
as utilities.
