[Z3-sqlos] sqlos and mysqldbda

Sorry. I have not used the code in the trunk at
http://codespeak.net/svn/z3/sqlos/. I meant only that I am basing my
configuration off of those of the sampleapp in 0.3.0 and the sampleapp
in the trunk. If there happens to be a misconfiguration in either
sampleapp, I have probably made the same mistake. But I have not used
the trunk code yet.
