[Z3-sqlos] sqlos and mysqldbda

If it is a zcml configuration problem in the sampleapp as opposed to a
bug, then it is almost a given that my app configuration has the same
problem. Being new at this, I've been looking at the included
sampleapp and the functional testing package in the sqlos trunk.
