[Z3-sqlos] deprecation warnings in z3 trunk

Yes.

For deprecation patches, just get them to pass the test suite.

I thought about this, but don't really have a fixed opinion. There's
also been no discussion about it. More or less whatever the users want. 

So, if you want the trunk not to generate deprecation warnings and
actively send patches, I'll apply them.
