[Z3-sqlos] Moving the repository to a src/module structure

A small problem with the way that the SQLOS repository is constructed is
that the module is directly in the top level directory.

I would like to move the sqlos module to a src/slos directory, giving us
breathing room for interesting things like documentation and perhaps a
zpkgtools build configuration...

So, any objections?
