sqlos is hosted on the z3base to which I can give you checkin
privileges. Email me in private about your preferred user name.
As for checkin policies: it is a good idea to hang around #z3-base at
irc.freenode.net when developing that way you can discuss things with
other developers. At least Sidnei hangs around there quite often.
Depending on the z3base project you're working on, you should or are
required to provide tests with every change you check in.
