[z3-five] first public five.localsitemanager release

Just wanted to let you all know that I've just published the first
public five.localsitemanager release to the cheeseshop.  You can find
it's info at:
  http://cheeseshop.python.org/pypi/five.localsitemanager/

This should probably mean that the Five/site stuff in Products.Five in
zope2 svn trunk should be deprecated.

The one additional feature I'd personally like to see before 1.0 final
is a full management screen located at mysite/++etc++site that would
allow one to register/unregister components.  Right now that traversal
does exist but it basically just points to the ObjectManager zmi
screens for the component registry.

If anyone else has any feature requests, be sure to post them.
