For some reason I always thought that the resources were meant to be
available relative to an ISite and was available in other places due to
z2's acquisition. But I guess this would only hold true if the Zope
Application instance (root object) were being setup as an ISite and I
have no idea if this is the case.
I'd love to know more about this myself.
