[z3-five] index_html in CMF-2.0.0, Zope-2.9.1 and Five

Hi. I am unable to create an index_html in any folder in a CMF-2.0.0 
portal. I am using five views but have also tried by turned them off and 
it is the same.

For CMF-2.0.0 and Five, just want to verify that portal folders still be 
able able to properly acquire an index_html in a portal folder to 
override the main index_html. Many thanks.
