Well... this is it. ;) Maybe i misunderstood you, you mean that yo
want to start using the Five features? (Which is independent of CMF).

Well, CalZope/CPSSharedCalendar uses Five and CMF, but that wasn't a
conversion, it started out using it.

For the source.

As a pathway to conversion I'd suggest starting with moving all the
page templates to use views, and after that converting any tools to be
local utilities. Both are fairly easy but big changes, that is they
touch a lot of code.
