[z3-five] Object events branch merged

I've now merged the object event branch.

The current state is that it still requires an explicit  
<five:containerEvents transitional="true"/> or <five:containerEvents/ 
 > somewhere to be activated. We'll want to make  
<five:containerEvents/> the default soon.

Also, even if I activate it by default in Five/configure.zcml, I'm  
not sure how to make that taken into account by all unit tests for  
the rest of Zope. I'll probably need to call event.doMonkies directly  
in the Five init code, instead of relying on Five's zcml.
