BTW, it would be wonderful if Zope 2 didn't have to use Zope 3's app at all.
I fear that we don't have time to fix this for this release.  I suspect that
the dependencies we do have could be teased out. and pulled up to the zope
level.  Perhaps we should create a separate app package for z2 and see if we
can link into it a few things that we need....
