Well, there us two parts to this really. Getting container events
handled properly, and then part two: getting rid of manage_afterAdd
and friends.

I don't really see the point of that last one. Maybe I missed that
discussion. :)
We want to make it possible to run Zope3 code under Zope2. We don't
nessecarily want to make it impossible to run Zope 2 code... :)
