Hi Phillip. Great advice!  Yes, I missed the LC_MESSAGES and put it in 
after I had emailed and also discovered this but still breaks.  I 
backed PTS out of Products.  I am out to kill it for good at the moment 
since will not be part of any future work. It is extremely nasty and 
leaves a nice broken product even after it has been removed. I think it 
maybe because there are still remnants in zodb. Looks like I may need a 
clean zodb if I want to get rid of it for good.  I will run the tests 
as you have indicated on something simple to begin.  Should have 
thought of this first.... sorry.

Here's the full error. I should have sent the whole thing originally 
but is usual last line are relevant.  Many thanks.
