[z3-five] Five 1.0.1

Hi all,

I'm in the middle of merging the important fives of the trunk back to 
the 1.0 branch. From that, I'll merge onward to the zope.org repository. 
If possible, I'd like to release Five 1.0.1 tonight or tomorrow, 
depending how far I'll get. Any objections?

Martijn, what is the normal procedure for releases? Are there docs on 
how to work the website tools?
