[z3-five] Five 1.0 released

Hi there,

I've just released Five 1.0! This is the version I'll integrate with 
Zope 2.8 later this week/early next week.

If you have bugfixes only that need to be in Zope 2.8's Five, then I'll 
pull a 1.0.1 release and include that in Zope 2.8.

The one issue I forgot about is Whit's problem with module imports. 
Someone really needs to look into this and see whether this is indeed a 
bugfix we want to include, or whether it can wait until Five 1.1.
