I'll add (mainly to remind myself to look into it before the 27th):

  * Pagetemplates as resources do not seem to work correctly. 
    '__browser_default__' returns an empty tuple, where I think it
    should return the name of the method to call on the resource
    instance (for rendering the pt).

  * Should Pagetemplate as resources send out response headers similar
    to what 'normal' file resources do.
