I disagree that we are dealing with a non-structure. So far I've seen 
proposals to turn modules into packages, basically, but what's the use 
of that except to add air?

Examples, please? How is the current structure of modules in a package 
getting into our way?

If we can indeed figure out what should belong in it, why don't we make 
a module out of this? I'm not against module restructuring, just really 
wary of introducing new packages. I don't believe Five is big or 
decoupled enough to warrant packages.
