[z3-five] Five and PageTemplate Encoding

Hello,

It seems that Five does not render Zope 3 page templates in the right 
encoding I have tried to insert a :

self.request.response.setHeader('Content-Type', 'text/html;; 
charset=ISO-8859-15')

in my view class
   
but all my french accents get replaced by some #####'s

Does someone have any tips ?
