[z3-five] Z3/Five-views and portal_skins: success!

I found it, it works! I now have a five view based on a ZPT that uses
the same main_template/macro/master as the rest of the CMF site!

There are some things to work out that could be better. For example, if 
you give no for="interface.specification" it seems to will try to use 
the Zope3 pages for *all* objects, included non-Five objects... That has 
strange effects as you can imagine.

But by specifying an interface this was solved. Unfortunately you then 
have to register all skins for all interfaces that use them, which might 
be a bad idea. But this is details that can be improved upon later.
