[z3-five] can't import an interface into a page template

Well, the "right" way to do it is of course to use browser:page 
commands. The problem with that being that then you can't call the 
templates in portal_skins.

I think it could be interesting to maybe have a brainstorming session on 
irc with interested parties to see if we can find any ways of solving 
this major CMF integration hurdle. Any takers?
