[z3-five] union.cms goes five

Hi folks!

I am happy to announce that our project union.cms will use five
from now on. Our trunk is using it now and we have some basic
views working (we have to do much work until our trunk fully
works again).

I think uc is mostly an application of five, i.e. a working
example (we plan to deploy an installation in august) but we
also think we can contribute. For now, we have a working
example of zope3 widgets in Zope2 (err, no we have no demo site...).

This only required to enable the zope:view directive and to include
the zope.app.form package. We would like to contribute these additions
(+ a demo) to five (just some zcml) and would like to ask if it is
possible to get checkin privileges on codespeak.
