[z3-five] "Zope 3 Base" announcement

Hey,

In about two weeks I'd like for us to do an announcement of the Zope 3 
Base itself. Basically this is announcing the website and project.

The announcement email should contains something along the lines of:

"The Zope 3 Base project shows that Zope 3 is gaining in vitality; it 
offers an independent base of development for Zope 3 related projects."

I'd like the Zope 3 Base to be a bit playful in its theme and attitude, 
even though we should also be producing serious well-tested code.

My list of todos for the website:

  * have at least a small web page for all projects in the base at that 
time.

  * introduce the 'moon/marsbase' theme for the whole site. Roman Joost 
here at Infrae is working on some banner images to use.
