Yes, we depend on zope.Public and zope.Private. That could be changed
to zope2.Public and zope2.Private without problem.

Well... I didn't thought about it as a misuse. It is really the title
of the permission. Maybe you are referring to the use of title as the
permission name? I don't have a good solution for that yet.
