+This is not a public project yet, but an invitation-based project of
+people dedicated to get the work done. If you know people who should
+be invited, please let the zope-web mailing list know and we'll talk
+about inviting them.

+* We're writing restructured text. This is to avoid debates about what
+  technology to use for zope.org. We're not a technology group.
+
+* We will work out site structure by using files and directories in
+  SVN (under the `content` directory).
+
+* We can also work on design. If we want to see our content in a
+  design, we can reuse some z3-base scripts for generating a website
+  out of restructured text for now.
+
+* We also need to come up with a plan on how to get from old zope.org to
+  new zope.org.
+
+* We'll then submit this plan to the community.

+* We're open to involvement of the Zope Foundation. This is a
+  community project now though, so no debates about the Zope
+  Foundation for now please.
