[railroad-dev] ANN: Version 0.1.5 of railroad server released

Dear readers,

the Infrae Railroad team just uploaded the
version 0.1.5 of the Railroad server.

This is a maintenance release with the following
changes:
  * updated documentation from user feedback [1]
  * minor code cleanups
