[railroad-dev] ANN: Version 0.1.2 of pydavclient uploaded

Dear readers,

the Infrae Railroad team has just uploaded the
version 0.1.2 of pydavclient.

This is mainly a maintenace release and therefore
only includes minor changes:
  * better error reporting in the XML handling
  * fixed test.py, it now should pass all tests when
    run against a Apache 2.0.52 with WebDAv enabled.
