My apologies for the bad web-presence of lxml. I meant to release it 
long ago but lacked time. By coincidence I've just done a release, and

you're the first to hear about it. Here it is:

Apart from that, it's clear that railroad definitely needs more 
instructions about where to find lxml. Let me apologize for that as
