[railroad-dev] AT_GENERATE_METHOD is not defined

I'm not sure what is going on here - the AT_GENERATE_METHOD should be 
imported in PloneRailroadService.py and PloneRailroadPorxyMixin.py 
from 'Products.Archetypes.public'.

The Railroad and PloneRailroad products should not have a dependency 
on ATRepresentations and as far as I can see, they don't... IOW, I 
have no clue yet :|

I'll look into it some more!
