<P><FONT size=2><STRONG>Oceanic Research and Recovery, Inc. (ORRV) (PINKSHEETS: ORRV),</STRONG> a marine salvage and exploration company, today announced completion of its merger with RS Operations. The companies anticipate a short transition as RSOPS assumes ORRV's day-to-day management. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=2>RSOPS recently concluded a successful recovery project off the coast of Ecuador in South America and has several projects in various stages of development around the world. RSOPS intends to continue to target shipwrecks in shallow water as logistical and technical preparations are made for deep water search and recovery operations. </FONT></P>
