[pypy-sprint] EuroPython sprints & accomodation

We have a four-day sprint before EuroPython and a seven day one
after EuroPython (30th June, though, is probably a "break" day with a 
nice garden meeting at Bea's house).  The four-day sprint is 
meant as one where people unfamiliar with PyPy's codebase are 
not welcome.  The seven day one is open for anyone. 

If i got details wrong, please someone correct me.
