Good news! I just talked to Marcus and he will arrive on the
afternoon of the 24th of January (monday).  The idea is that
he does the Squeak/Croquet talk later in the afternoon.  So we
should try to do the introductional talks to PyPy earlier in
the afternoon.  Marcus will try to attend them as well.  He
intends to stay until Wednesday morning so we need a room for
him for two days.  I told him that we will somehow take over
his accomodation and travel costs (a two hour train ride). 

So please everyone try to arrive latest at Monday noon and 
be mentally ready to grok serious amounts of information :-) 

Armin, we still need to figure out the beamer issue for 
Monday and if possible Tuesday.  Do you have any news 
on this?
