For *me* it's ok to fix it now.  Probably getting accomodation information
from Etienne Posthumus and others details will last some days so we
might wait a bit for the final announcement. 

Is everybody happy with the date?  

And should we meet sunday (14th Dec) 3pm for talking about funding 
if neccessary?
