[pypy-dev] duplicate extregistry entry

Ever since a few revisions ago, rypthon/extregistry.py has been throwing 
an assertion:

http://scottdial.com/pypytest/41143/failed/annotation.test.test_annmm.py.test_int_w_ann.html

I've not located the change which caused this and unfortunately wyvern 
isn't showing the same problem. However maybe it is obvious to someone 
what is broke.
