Try gaim - it can proxy IRC through an HTTP proxy. It's very clear how you do
this, but boils down to:
* Go into preferences
* Find proxy
* Set to HTTP, fill in your proxy details
Then just use as normal. Often people have a socks proxy for this sort of
thing which is often more preferable.
