[py-dev] using docstrings for test descriptions

After a few weeks of using py.test in anger, I realized that not having 
to write test descriptions made me much more productive.
So I've reversed my original position and now think that py.test's focus 
on "rapid testing with minimal effort" actually works very well for me.

Unless anyone has an actual need for this, I'm gonna treat it as YAGNI.
