[py-dev] py.test high level document / feedback

Hi folks! 

i guess i missed out on pointing people here to
a higher level py.test document, that we are to
finalize next week and submit to the EU. 
It'd be very helpful if you could read it
and provide feedback, maybe it helps to 
get a bit of context. Let me know what you
think!
