I finally managed to compile lxml for x64 myself. Since now I have a<br>
working environment capable of generating those, I will start<br>
uploading x64 binaries to PyPI.<br>

Would be awesome if you could give those lxml 2.2.1 binaries a try and<br>
let me know if it works for you. They are completely statically linked<br>
so no extra dependencies should be needed.<br>
