[lxml-dev] Build problems under MacOS-X

I have the latest versions of libxml2 and libxslt installed with
macports. Macports has a possibility to specify that it should install
universal versions of the libraries but I haven't done that. When I
compiled lxml 2.0 it did complain about something with ppc and intel
architectures (I have an Intel machine), but the resulting library did
work (it did run the tests).
