I fixed up the patch a little and committed it to the trunk. If there are no
objection, I'll just add the generated PDF to the source release, that's not
even 1MB more.

It definitely is. I already thought about that a couple of times, but didn't
really take a shot on it. So, thanks a lot for the contribution. Polish will
come over time. I take more patches here. :)
