[lxml-dev] lxml 1.3 - or 2.0?

I wouldn't expect to change anything outside lxml.html, so there's no 
real compatibility issue.

Should I start putting stuff in there?  I'd like to start by putting 
together the routines as I extract them from current projects, then 
cleaning up overlap or implementation issues.  I could do it in a 
branch, but that would really only be to keep people from using it 
prematurely.
