[lxml-dev] Deferred XInclude/Resolvers

One of the projects I'm dealing with uses XInclude and Resolvers a
lot. Some of the resources being included can potentially be large or
just slow to fetch (usually using httplib).

I was wondering if lxml could be modified in such a way that a
resolver could return some sort of 'deferred node/node set' so that
resolving multiple resources could happen in parallel.
