[lxml-dev] lxml 1.3.3 released

Hi,

I apologize if I came across as impatient. I meant no rush; I'm simply just
wondering. I have an MS compiler (msvc8), but I don't think the build
process supports it. I've actually tried making the binaries for windows
myself at one point and I couldn't do it. It's been a while so I don't
remember exactly what the problem was. However, I do appreciate your reply.
