Windows builds of lxml require a) MS Windows and b) a MS compiler, two reasons
why I can't do them myself but rely on our official Windows maintainer Sidnei.
It sometimes takes a couple of days until binary builds become available, so
I can only ask you to wait a little longer - or to bug Sidnei yourself :)
